Cast Acrylic Sheet?
It has better thermal stability, higher resistance to crazing when exposed to chemical agents, it is thermoplastic polymer, making it ideal for thermoforming as well as having a superior surface finish and optical properties. Cast acrylic is more scratch resistant than extruded acrylic and is the preferred choice in applications that require machining, such as milling/drilling, and laser cutting.
